Terms of Service

By using Marketools you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

What Marketools does

Marketools is a tool that reads your brand's public website and generates static ads adapted to your brand. It uses AI models (Claude for text, fal.ai for images) under the hood.

If you connect your Meta ad account, Marketools creates campaigns and ads in your account only when you launch them. Ad budget and spend are always yours and are managed in your Meta account; ads are created paused by default and activating them is your decision.

Your brand, your ads

You keep all rights to the brand you bring to Marketools and to the ads we generate for you. You can use the outputs in any channel you want — paid media, organic social, email — without asking us.

You are responsible for ensuring the data you give us (brand URL, uploaded imagery, copy edits) is yours to use. Don't submit someone else's brand as if it were your own.

What we ask you not to do

• Don't try to abuse or break the service (scraping, DoS, probing for vulnerabilities).
• Don't generate ads for illegal products, hate speech, or anything that violates our AI providers' policies.
• Don't impersonate other brands.
• Don't share your sign-in link with people who aren't you.

How the service works today

Marketools is in early-stage beta. The product is evolving fast, and features can change, move, or disappear as we refine the core experience. If we make a change that materially affects how you can use the service, we'll tell you by email.

No warranty, no liability cap beyond fees paid

Marketools is provided "as is". Generated ads are AI output — review them before you ship them. We don't guarantee accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid Marketools in the 12 months before a claim. If you haven't paid anything (you're on a free tier), our liability is limited to US$100.

Ending your account

You can leave at any time — email support@marketools.ai and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
